1. Promotion Overview

The Georg Roth Los Angeles ("GRLA") "If Your Team Wins, You Win" Promotion allows eligible customers to receive a refund of their qualifying purchase if their selected national team wins the FIFA World Cup™ championship match.

This promotion is sponsored by Georg Roth Los Angeles and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, or any participating national team.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Georg Roth Los Angeles are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotional Period

Eligible purchases must be made between:

June 15, 2026 through July 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time

GRLA reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time where required by law.

4. Qualifying Purchase

To participate:

  1. Purchase qualifying merchandise from the designated team collection on georgrothlosangeles.com.
  2. Use the applicable team code at checkout.
  3. Complete the purchase during the promotional period.

Examples include:

Only purchases associated with the selected team code are eligible.

5. Winning Team Requirement

A customer will qualify for a refund only if:

  • The team selected at checkout wins the official FIFA World Cup championship match; and
  • The qualifying purchase complies with all promotion requirements.

No refunds will be issued for runner-up teams, semifinalists, quarterfinalists, or any other outcome.

6. Refund Amount

Eligible customers will receive a refund equal to the purchase price paid for qualifying merchandise.

The following are excluded:

  • Shipping charges
  • Sales tax
  • Duties
  • Customs fees
  • Gift wrapping
  • Third-party service fees

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

If the original payment method cannot accept a refund, GRLA may issue store credit at its discretion.

7. Final Sale / Non-Winning Teams

If the selected team does not win the FIFA World Cup championship:

  • Purchases are considered final sale.
  • Cash refunds will not be provided.
  • Merchandise may be exchanged for size only, subject to availability.
  • Store credit may be issued in accordance with GRLA's standard return policy.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Returns During Tournament

Customers may not return, cancel, or seek a refund for qualifying promotional purchases before the tournament outcome is determined.

Any return, chargeback, or cancellation request may void eligibility for the promotion.

9. Fraud Prevention

GRLA reserves the right to:

  • Verify all purchases.
  • Limit participation.
  • Cancel fraudulent orders.
  • Disqualify customers attempting to manipulate the promotion.
  • Refuse refunds where abuse is suspected.

Any order obtained through fraud, unauthorized discounts, chargebacks, or abuse of the promotion is void.

10. Event Cancellation or Material Change

If the FIFA World Cup is canceled, abandoned, materially altered, or the championship match is not completed for any reason, GRLA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion.

In such circumstances, GRLA's decision shall be final.

11. Refund Processing

Refunds, if earned, will be processed within approximately:

30–60 days following official confirmation of the World Cup champion.

Customers may be required to provide additional verification information.

12. Limitation of Liability

GRLA shall not be liable for:

  • Technical errors
  • Website outages
  • Payment processing issues
  • Lost orders
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Government actions
  • Tournament schedule changes
  • Circumstances beyond GRLA's reasonable control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the qualifying purchase.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
