Our Promise to You
We want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns of qualifying items in accordance with the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags and vendor packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Merchandise that is used, altered, or damaged (not due to a manufacturing defect) cannot be accepted for return.

Sale & Discounted Items
- Items purchased with discounts up to 40% off may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.
- Items purchased at 75% off or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please note: Final sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless they are defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our customer service team immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs for incorrect or defective items and work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Return Authorization Process
To ensure a smooth return experience, all returns must be approved through our Return Authorization process.

How to Request a Return Authorization

You can request a return in two ways:

A. Through Your Online Account
- Log in to your account on our website
- Navigate to your Order History
- Click the "Return" button next to the applicable order
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) within 24 to 48 hours

B. Via Email

Include the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return

Our team will respond with your Return Authorization within 1–2 business days

Important: We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or call tags. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refund Timeline:
- Transit time to receive your return: 5–10 business days
- Processing time after receipt: 3–5 business days
- Bank processing time for the refund to appear in your account: 5–10 business days

Notification:
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale merchandise (discounted 75% or more)
- Used or washed items
- E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Card Policy:
- E-Gift Cards never expire
- All E-Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable

International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to most countries
