General Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied and truly happy with your order.
If for any reason you are not pleased, we will gladly
accept your return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery
for a full refund unless purchased on Sale.
We cannot accept returns after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Sale items up to 40% off, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or a merchandise credit.
Merchandise purchased at 75% off is a final sale.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
All returns are subject to a Return Authorization approval. We will in return issue you a Return Authorization.

How to obtain a Return Authorization
Simply log into your account and view your completed past orders, you will see the return option on the right side. We will issue you a return authorization with 24 to 48 hours. If it is more convenient you may also e mail your request at info@georgrothlosangeles.com Please be sure to include your name and order number and reason for return.

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will of course pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
E-Gift Cards do not expire. All E-Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and not returnable.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Customers are responsible for paying any additional costs including but not limited to customs, duties, and taxes.
